Selling abroad is quiet work. You photograph a part, you write a title in a language you may not speak, you send a parcel to a town you have never heard of — and there is nobody in the room to tell you whether the price was right.

That is what our Facebook group is for. It is the official Parduota.com group: sellers, our team, and the questions that are faster to answer in public than one email at a time. Open the group on Facebook.

Ask, and get an answer

The group is the quickest place to ask the things that do not really fit a support ticket:

  • what a part is worth in Germany, not what it is worth in Lithuania,
  • whether a photo is good enough to sell,
  • which category a strange item belongs in,
  • why a listing has 300 views and not one offer,
  • what to write back to a buyer who is asking something you have never been asked before.

Ask there and you get two kinds of answer: ours, and — often the more useful one — an answer from a seller who shipped the same thing last month.

One thing does not belong in the group: your own account. Orders, payouts, verification, a listing that will not publish. Those go to Contact, because we will not discuss your account in a public group.

See what actually sells

The most valuable thing in a seller group is other people's numbers. What went out this week, where it went, and for how much.

No page on this site can tell you that a mirror housing for a 1998 model moves faster in Italy than in Germany, or that buyers in the Netherlands will pay for next-day shipping and buyers elsewhere will not. Another seller can, and it costs them one post to say it.

Hear about new features first

From now on, product updates go to the group before they become a News article: what we are building, what changed this week, and what we would like tested before it is finished.

If you would rather try something the week it ships than read about it a month later, that is where to watch.

Tell us what is broken

The group is the right place for "is it just me?". Once you know it is not just you, file it in the Feedback Hub — an accepted bug report or suggestion is worth up to 500 points, and every one is read by a human.

Bring the people you already know

The people who should be selling abroad and are not are usually not strangers: the neighbour with a garage full of parts, the collector selling locally for a third of the price, the friend who keeps saying "I would, but I do not speak English".

Your invite link works in the group as well as anywhere else, and it earns you up to 2,300 points per person. If somebody needs convincing before they need a link, send them the Academy first — five free lessons, no account required.

Joining is worth 100 points

Both community tasks pay once, into the same wallet you spend on listings:

Task Points
Join the Facebook group 100 points
Like the Facebook page 50 points

Here is how to collect them: open Community tasks, press Open on Facebook, join the group, come back, press I've done it and paste the link to your Facebook profile. We find you in the member list and the points land in your wallet — usually within one working day.

Why a human checks it instead of a script: Facebook does not tell an app who joined a group or who liked a page. There is no API for either. So somebody on our side looks, which is also why the profile link matters — without it we cannot match a claim to a member.

At the pay-as-you-go rate of 20 points per listing, the two tasks together are seven listings you did not pay for.

House rules

There are four, and none of them are surprising:

  1. No question is too basic. Everyone in there had a first listing.
  2. Account-specific problems go to Contact, not to the group.
  3. No spam. Other platforms' promotions, unrelated sale links and mass invites to strangers get removed.
  4. Be specific. An item link and a screenshot get you a real answer; "it does not work" gets you three follow-up questions.

Join us

Open the group on Facebook, and while you are there, like the page — that is where the shorter updates go.

Then come back to Community tasks and claim your points.
